Q. How do I activate my card?
A. To activate the code you must first log in, the easiest way is to use your credentials (username and password) from Hotmail, Yahoo, Facebook, Msn, Gmail or Myspace. To use this option you must click on sign in at the top-left corner of the home page and the logo of the corresponding social network. Once you enter the system with your credentials, click on the yellow button that says “activate Web Code here,” and here you enter the key that appears on your web-card.
Q. I need to purchase some parts to fix my crashed toy.
A. If your toy is experiencing some signs of wear or is not functioning properly, maybe its time for a quick tune-up! You can find replacement parts as well as replacement controllers, chargers and antennas. Q. Why wont my toy react properly to controller? Is the controller broken?
A. Radio controlled toys work with radio signal and some work with infra red signals, similar to those found on TV and sound system remotes, so the signal can suffer interference from devices in the vicinity of the toy or the controller. Please make sure all electronic equipment (TVs, stereo systems, microwaves, speakers, etc) is shut completely off when using the toy. Furthermore make sure you try with brand new batteries as the batteries might be running low weakening the signal strength.
